To ensure a smooth delivery, make sure you’re available for the entire delivery window. Our delivery system will automatically send you emails with order updates and you may additionally opt in to receive text messages. By opting in you agree to receive automated emails and text messages regarding your order(s), we will never send you spam. 

Additionally our team can reach out to you via chat messaging to discuss any order updates or issues. We know waiting is the hardest part, keep in touch with your driver and our dispatch for live updates. 

Patients and customers are required to sign for all orders, upon verification of required ID’s.

Please ensure you have your required ID’s ready, either on your phone or printed out, for our delivery drivers to verify.

State law requires us to check this at every delivery, even for our regular customers.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to anyone other than the patient or customer who placed the order.

Exception: For medical marijuana registered patients with a legal licensed caregiver, or medical/special power of attorney legally granting permission (we will require copies for your patient file, please know we are a licensed medical facility and all patient and customer records are stored and kept confidential with all HIPPA laws and regulations.

Yes, we are state licensed under a Dispensary. Although we do not have a brick-and-mortar location open for in-store shopping, we like to think of ourselves as a mobile dispensary that comes to you!
